My therapeutic approach is primarily informed by Psychodynamic principles and Attachment theory.
I have extensive training and experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic work and other Mindfulness based therapy, including ACT and Internal Family Systems and Couple therapy. I have worked for 15 years in psychiatric settings, as well as in private practice, providing group therapy, individual therapy and Couple therapy. I specialise in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Emotional Dysregulation, Complex Trauma, Addiction, and Interpersonal Difficulties.
Some of the many gains psychotherapy brings in clients’ life is an understanding of the layers and patterns that cause pain and disconnection in relationships, and skills to transform dysfunctional patterns into new pathways to a loving self.
